Yes, there are a couple of ways that this can be done:
Via custom fields - See Custom Fields for more information.
Adding a logo to your bill - You can do this by setting a unique logo in PDF Templates. Head over to Settings > Templates > PDFs > Choose a Template > Header > Upload Logo.
Q6. Will the downloaded PDF display amounts in the base currency or the currency of the bill?
The downloaded PDF will display amounts in bill currency.
Q7. Can I download a summary of my bills and payments?
Yes. Click the download button at the upper right of the Bills or Purchase Payments page to download the Purchases Summary.
The Purchases Summary covers your purchase transactions, items, and payments for a selected date range, in Excel or PDF.
