No, they will not be able to see these attachments. The attachments will only be available to view by users of your organization who have access to the invoices.
Q4. How can I preview an XLSX, ZIP, EML or RAR file attached to an invoice?
You will not be able to view the XLSX, ZIP, or RAR attachments within the JAZ app like you can view an image, instead, the file will be downloaded for you to access it.
