Q1. What are delivery slips?

  • Delivery slips are an additional PDF document that the user can download and print as delivery proof, consisting of the item details for the particular order.

  • There will be a Received by and Delivered by signature component the user can use to confirm the delivery.

Q2. How can I generate a delivery slip for an invoice?

  • You can find the Delivery Slip option on the invoice details.

Q3. What information will a delivery slip contain?

  • After downloading a delivery slip, the delivery slip should look something like this:

  • It will contain information about the items sold, the quantity sold if applicable, the invoice information, and the delivery information.

  • There is also a footer section that you can use to sign off on the delivery slips.

Q4. How is a delivery slip different from an invoice receipt PDF?

  • A delivery slip does not require that an invoice has been fully paid off, or that any form of payment has been made for the invoice.

  • An invoice receipt shows the invoice payment and balance details, while delivery slips do not.

  • It is purely meant to be a source of additional information outlining a list of goods and services supplied, and whether the delivery was received in good condition.
