Q1. Where can I view past payment records of a bill?
All the payments made on a bill can be found in the bill details.
Q2. How do I know if there is an aggregate RGL displayed on the bill?
Aggregate RGL will apply if multiple partial payments are made on the bill, and at least one of the payments was made in the base currency for a bill recorded in non-base currency.
Q3. Will I be able to see a list of all the payments or just 1 complete payment on the bill?
You will be able to see a list of all the payments made on the bill.
Q4. How can I view the ledger entry of a bill payment?
Open the bill payment, click the three-dot icon, and select See Ledger to view the journal entry created by the payment.
