Q1. Can I email my purchase orders to suppliers?
Yes. Click the email icon to send the purchase order to your supplier. You can also edit the email content and set default email templates.
Emailing an order will also include the Purchase Order PDF and external attachments.
Q2. Can I customize the Purchase Order Email?
Yes. Go to Settings → Templates → Emails → Orders → Purchase Order and configure your email details.
You can also edit the email directly before sending it to your supplier.
Q3. Can I use different Purchase Order email templates per supplier?
Yes. Set a default Purchase Order Email template per contact in the Contacts settings.
