  • Quick fix is not yet supported for quotes.

Q3. How do I duplicate a quote?

  • Hover over a quote → click the 3-dot icon → choose duplicate.

Q4. How do I delete a quote?

  • Go to Drafts → Hover over or click a quote → click the 3-dot icon > Delete

  • You can also bulk delete by selecting multiple quotes using the checkboxes.

  • Note: Only Draft quotes can be deleted. If a quote is Pending or Active, it can only be voided.

Q5. How do I mark a quote as accepted?

  • Open a Pending quote and click View Actions Accept

  • You can also bulk accept by selecting multiple quotes via checkbox and choosing Accept.

Q6. How do I void an active quote?

  • Hover over or click a quote > click the 3-dot icon > select Void

  • You can also bulk void by selecting multiple quotes via checkboxes.

Q7. Why can’t I void an active quote?

  • There are associated orders linked to the quote that must be voided first.

Q8. What happens when I convert a Pending or Order Due Sales Quote directly into an Invoice?

  • A Sales Order is automatically created from the quote.

  • An Invoice is also generated from the same quote.

  • If the Sales Quote is set to repeat, only the first invoice will be created.

Q9. Can I convert a quote to a Sales Order only?

  • Yes. Use the Convert to Order action to convert the quote to a sales order.

Q10. Can I convert only part of a quote into an order or invoice?

  • Yes. You can turn into an order or invoice an amount lower than the expected amount in the Sales Quote.

Q11. Can multiple invoices come from one quote?

  • Multiple invoices can come from one quote when there are several orders linked to the quote.

Q12. What happens to the remaining value of the expected amount after partial conversion?

  • The remaining amount can still be fulfilled through an order. Once it’s fulfilled, the Partial status becomes Full.

Q13. Can a fulfilled quote still be edited?

  • Yes. You can still edit details in a fulfilled quote. However, changes made to the quote will not affect linked Sales Orders.

Q14. Can I edit the repeat count any time?

  • Yes. Open a quote in Edit mode → go to the expected total field (below the total table)click the calculator icon→ set repeat count or set to infinite.

Q15. How do I reset repeat count?

  • In Edit mode, click the reset icon beside the expected total to clear the repeat count.

Q16. If my quote is set to repeat, will it create new quotes that consume a sequence?

  • No. A repeating quote does not generate new quotes or consume a new sequence

  • It remains in a partial status until the expected amount is fully converted into an order

Q17. How do I see related orders to a quote?

  • Open a quote and in the summary modal, all related orders to your quote are listed.

Q18. My quote was under Full status but suddenly changed to Partial/Accepted status. What happened?

  • Possible reasons for this change:

    • Related order amounts were reduced below the expected quote total

    • The quote amount was edited, increasing the expected total above the linked orders

    • Related orders were voided, reducing fulfillment and reverting the status to Partial or Accepted

Q19. If I void an order, will it delete a Sales Quote?

  • No. Voiding an order does not delete the Sales Quote. It only affects the quote’s fulfillment status, not the quote itself.
